I used it not just for salmon but haddock and whitefish too. Nice flavor and everything stays together well. Recommended.

Food tastes good cooked on these but dislike only 1 time use per plank.

They’re great, especially for grilling fish, but they do get burned so I’m not sure how you “reuse them” unless you cook in an oven.

The ad says, and I quote: "SMOOTH SURFACE - All the sides are sanded, well polished and have no splinters. We never use chemicals, glue or additives in our products, only all-natural American cedar."However there wasn't even ONE board in the entire three packages of cut-offs that was sanded, or polished, or without splinters! These are ROUGH CUT with only SOME of them run through ONE pass on the planer on ONE side, and clear, visible planer lines on them!They also were NOT 1/4" thick. The caliper measured them at 5mm. I bought them on the recommendation of a friend who got a totally different product from the same link. His were planed and measured 8mm.ALL of the edges are rough and there wasn't a smooth board in any of the packages! Two of them were split down the middle. I'm only giving them the benefit of 2-stars because I will repurpose them for another project, or else I would have given them 1-star and returned them.This is NOT project ready wood! I could have gotten some cedar fence boards for $1.50 each and milled, planed and sanded them myself for a fraction of the high cost of these, but I was EXPECTING what was ADVERTISED and trying to save time. This company did not deliver on their claims....
