Corioliss C3 Hair Straightener Silver Paisley

I was long overdue a new pair of straighteners having been very attached to my old GHDs (7+ years old!). Hairdresser put the frighteners on me when she told me that GHDs only last a year or so before the ceramic plates go like little teeth and tear your hair! So, she recommended these. Nice design, very lightweight, came with wee pouch, long lead. Only thing is for me that the 2 sides that clamp together are so thin that I end up catching the inside of my hand inside them (not on the hot part obviously) every time I clamp my hair! Ouch! I have very small hands so not sure what different that makes. My GHDs were much thicker and easier to hold/grip. So, I've ended up holding these quite gingerly and with my fingers rather than my whole hand/palm. Maybe it's just me or maybe that's they way they are now and I was just so used to my chunkier old ones. Apart from that I have no issue with the temp settings, functionality, quickness of straightening, long lasting effect etc. Would still buy again.

These are very good hair straighteners. I would rate them at four and a half stars if I had that option. They glide through the hair without snagging. They straighten my fine hair a natural straight at only 135 degrees and poker straight at 180 degrees. One criticism i have is that the lowest temp is 135 and the next choice is 180 and there are no in between temperatures, my hair is fine and I could probably get poker straight hair at a temp less than 180 and therefore do less damage to my easily damaged hair. However, these are still excellent straighteners especially if you have coarse thick hair and would def need a temperature of at least 180. My daughter has very thick long hair and borrows these all the time.

Item didn't arrive when expected so contacted the seller through Amazon they replied within 24 hrs apologised and sent a replacement straight away lst class,no fuss and very professional. The straightners are to replace my old corroliss c3's and are perfect just as expected, would highly recommend to anyone as I rate them much higher in terms of performance and quality compared to the much more well known brands in the UK,I have extremely thick,coarse, frizzy hair and no other straightners straighten my hair like the corroliss c3's,personally I think there the best.

This is my second pair of Corioliss Straighteners. I made the mistake after my first pair gave up (which was after around 5 years I might add) of buying the GHD classic straighteners, and I wish I hadn't have bothered.I then after selling my GHDs second hand invested in the new C3's and I haven't been disappointed. As they heat up quite high they straighten your hair in minutes, but without drying or damaging the hair. It's so much sleeker with these as apposed to the GHDs and I also find it holds the shape longer too. I don't usually have to go over my hair after sleeping on it with these. If your in two minds which brand to choose I'd recommend these over any others.Just to add I have extremely long, coloured hair. It's naturally wavy and versatile. I can straighten and curl it.

Bought these to replace my previous Corioliss straighteners which I unfortunately lost.Very pleased with the replacements, comes with a bag which doubles as a heat proof mat to put the straighteners, very handy.Also includes a small glove to stop you burning your fingers - I haven't made much use of this as I switch hands a lot and it can be a bit annoying to keep changing it about. If I burn my fingers, its my own fault!Have also managed to curl my hair with these which I could never get the hand of before!! Variable temperature gauge is good, I usually have it at around 210 degrees and this seems to hold my styles very well.Having recently borrowed my friends new GHDs, I still prefer Corioliss!

Bought these on recommendation from my hairdresser after my trusted ghd's started to fail. I initially replaced them with a new pair of ghd's but felt very let down on the quality so returned. These are excellent, they have a longer than normal plate, heat very fast, straighten hair lovely. I don't feel they glide quite as well as I thought they would but as no hairs are ripped/pulled out its no problem they're more than smooth enough. The heat proof bag/mat they come with is lovely as is the pattern on them. Overall I would through recommend these to anyone looking to buy a high end quality straightener.

Amazing product. After reading lots of reviews and opinions I decided to try Corioliss C3 and I must say I really love it. It works really well, it leaves my hair straight and looking beautiful, much better than with other hair straighteners I used in the past and my hair stays straight longer too so, what else can I say? The design is also nice and elegant although that is not the most important thing to me. I strongly recommend it. I am so pleased and happy with it. The best one if I have ever had.

Good straighteners and got them for a good price. However, as another reviewer pointed out, you can't tell if the temperature change buttons are working, which I found a bit odd. They do straighten your hair well though and keep it looking smooth, with the effect being long lasting. I would like to know which temperature I'm using though hence only 4 stars. ,
