It’s ok, but I do wish that it maintained the heat for longer

Years ago when I started experiencing moderate muscle spasms in my lower back the Chiropractor told me to ice my back for 15 minutes on & off which worked so well that I never had to visit him again. I would not use it until I was diagnosed but because my problem was nothing more than spasms it is a must have for me.

The first of June 2011 I,unfortunely,came down with the shingles,which is very painful. I could not find a cold compress anywhere.Went on the internet and found the Champion Therma cold Compress from Amazon.com. I am into my 10th week still in pain,but the Compress has been my lifesaver for all these weeks.
