information on the software was in poor format
Bit of a clumsy product, Presentation on the software needs up dating. instructions could be improved. expensive for what it is. Not sure if it would be of use again. Shame it is not extended to be a multi card reader as well - i.e read data from a micro sd card making it more useful. Don't see the point of all the password protection on the software.
