This is great! It’s really neat and can easily be worn under clothing. The strap is adjustable and soft on the skin. Works great and can be used in for multiple things.. I’ve used it as a heat pack for my sore shoulder and everything. Heats up quick and there is 4 different vibrations. Only one thing, the vibration is loud enough. Deffo recommend

Very fast to charge. Very strong good quality item. Belt is very useful to hold in place. Heat and movements spot on. Can be felt instantly. Eased the pain away and very comfortable to wear.

I got this as was getting very bad cramps and was recommended to buy one. It heats quickly and the massage for back pain was just right on the spot for me.
