Really helps and supports

Not sure why, but it was never “just right” for me. It is soft and made well. But my neck hurt perhaps more after using it a few days. I tried again several months later, but still no go. The product itself was quality, it just didn’t work for me.

I have several compressed discs in my upper cervical neck, so I tried and compared several pillows, the Elviros Cervical Neck Pillow, the Cushion Lab Deep Sleep Pillow, and the HOMCA Memory Foam Cervical Pillow.#1 Cushion Lab Deep Sleep Pillow - best comfort, 2nd rank on support for the neck (but good enough I don't feel pain sleeping or the next morning. seriously, top-tier comfort it's surprisingly soft and plush but a supportive pillow, I like to sleep with it backward so I get more support at the neck.#2 Elviros Cervical Neck Pillow - best support, but small and very firm so slightly uncomfortable. (this one)#3 Any general memory foam pillow - (what I used to use) which is not good enough for upper cervical pain.#4 HOMCA Memory Foam Cervical Pillow - this was absolute crap. worse than a general pillow as it has a decline where the neck should be, so in fact has less support for cervical/ upper cervical.

I’m very happy with this purchase. This wedge can be used for lumbar support in couch, neck support of course for back sleepers, in between legs or even just to prop up your pillow. It’s a little smaller than a Queen pillow width by a few inches.The memory foam is fairly firm, which is a good balance of not too firm. That said, the insert foam pieces don’t make sense? The gray one is supposed to be optional for height adjustments. But it’s flimsy and without it the cover sags a lot.Same with the small foam insert. It comes with the blue inserted. But it’s so thin and extremely flimsy like it’s not even there. The optional yellow insert is perfectly firm and matches the memory foam.Highly recommend!

My head just went to the bottom of this pillow. Didn't support my neck. I sent it back due to it not being as described. Provided no pain relief. No firmness.

People who are expecting quick overnight results will be disappointed because the human body does not work in that fashion. The body needs to acclimate and will adapt accordingly. It tooks around 2 weeks for me to feel results after consistent nightly use. I assume most people in the present experience soreness and stiff neck, as do I, from staring at their phones in a downward angle all the time. This pillow alleviated that pain and I’m grateful for it! It will be uncomfortable the first week but stick with the routine. TRUST ME!

I was committed to trying it and giving my body time to adjust…. The first 5 days using it, I had the worst constant headache and the sides of my neck and traps hurt so bad and I barely slept due to the pain and had to take time off work…. I took out the yellow foam and put in the blue…. I still hurt, for probably 3 more days, then I took out the whole lower foam piece so the pillow wasn’t so tall. The following day I had complete relief. It works this way perfectly for me while on my back. Side sleeping is nearly impossible though. So I have a very low profile pillow for that. I usually wake when changing positions anyway

The support is good it’s just hard to stay comfortable throughout the night in one position
