Ok out of all the black seed oil I’ve ever tried these are the strongest, but be careful you will get heartburn ❤️‍🔥 you have to take them with milk or yogurt I’m serious!I use them for daily immunity support when I work out and game I’m big into health so these check a lot of boxes also wish they made a gummy so far I use a Ethiopian black seed oil blend that does it for me.TRIQUERTA is doing good stuff

I only take this when I know I have been exposed to a cold or similar “cooties.” This stuff is the strongest I have found - check the level of active Thymoquinone - and you will see no one else is even close. I do have GERD and this stuff tears up my stomach if taken on less than a full meal. If you know you have stomach issues you can always be on the safe side and take the Triquetra with a 5% Thymoquinone percentage. I take one twice a day for 5 days if I know I have been exposed to someone who is sick and I am happy with the results but YMMV.

I like that it’s easier to take than the oil however, I was hoping that it was oil inside of the capsules. The black seed oil products really works for me.

I have read about the benefits of BSO. I can’t comment on its effectiveness yet. Took the first capsule this afternoon. I will mention that I swallowed it without water and don’t recommend this. I didn’t get it all the way down and it caused some burning and discomfort. My fault. Be sure to drink a good amount of water when taking this product.

This is one of my favorite supplements! It just helps me with so much. This company definitely makes a high quality product.

I have been taking this same brand and strength for over 2 years. I just ordered another bottle and opened it. The capsules looked and smelled differently. I looked at the label but didn't see a change. So I grabbed my last pill and last bottle I had and compared. The front was the exact same with addition to a flower 🌼. So, still confused, I turned it around and looked at ingredients...exact same ingredients. Then I looked at the serving amount--they halved it all. Seriously?They have the same label--4x maximum strength...60:1, etc. etc. That is complete mislead and total fraud in my book. You can advertise the exact thing and halve the dose and keep the same price. I can see lowering the amount of pills in bottle or put 2x maximum strength but it logically does not make sense it equalling the same to both. Needless to say, I'm returning mine. Shame on this company.Additonal info:**well, another shame--not allowed to return or get a refund** so I have tried them and they are pure useless now. I've had to double up just to get what they offered. Now it's just a 1 month supply instead of two. This company should be kicked off Amazon or change their labels AND inform customers of this change. Shame.
