Arrived quickly, Tried this as soon as it arrived and it does look as though it works, it does help you not let your shoulders drop forward, for me it was more of a reminder to sit up straight and not slouch but you can feel its there, it did get a bit warm but thats to be expected, Its nice quality material, a bit hard to fasten by yourself but my friend fastened for me so that was good, I'm spending about 4hrs a day at work wearing it, after that i take it off so u don't sweat, I have already noticed the benefit and my friend is considering one too

good quality posture corrector support.i am always working on computer and it keeps my back straight.the reason i bought this because my back was not in shape but after using this product for few days i can see results in my body posture even i look taller then before.i only use it for 2 hours every day. suggestion to buyer don't be so hard on product start with 1 hour every day then go to two hours. it really works well and you will see the results.

I want to improve my posture. I think this item is ok for around the house but i wouldn'twear it in public as it is bulky.
