This tub of protein is amazing. It is easily absorbed and excellent for keeping you strong while exercising; it is great for your muscles and helps maintain muscle mass. It has a very pleasant taste and is easily absorbed.

Dymatize Mass Gainer is an excellent choice for those looking to increase their calorie and protein intake. It tastes great, mixes easily, and has a pleasant texture when prepared. I like that it provides a good amount of nutrients in a single serving—ideal for complementing a workout routine or helping with weight gain. The brand's quality is evident, and the packaging arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended for anyone needing extra calories and protein.

My teenage son loves this vanilla powder and has used it for the last year to try and gain some width for hockey. He’s on the ice or in the gym 2-3 x a day so it’s hard to get him enough calories to gain. He’s been steadily gaining with this and a combo of eating A LOT. We mix one red scoop (which measures 1/2 C) in a mini ninja with half and half cream, a banana, 4 or 5 strawberries, and top up with whole milk and it actually tastes good enough for me to drink too. I usually don’t like protein drinks. We just started getting the 12 pound bag as it is more economical than the 6lb tub. Be aware that the included scoop is a 1/2 cup, and a serving size is 2.5 cups, so really, each scoop is only a little over 10 grams of protein. I found it confusing so I even measured the 333 gram serving size with a food scale and my own measuring cups, and sure enough, to get 52g of protein you have to use FIVE of the included 1/2C scoops. My son drinks two shakes a day (1 red scoop/half cup in each for a total of 1 cup daily. The odd time he can manage to get three shakes down in a day). TBH we’ve never blended up an actual 5 scoop/52g protein serving because it seems like it world turn out like cake batter and our little ninjas aren’t big enough but maybe I’ll borrow someone’s regular size blender and try it out. If I do, I’ll try to update the review. Overall happy with it, just make sure you realize your scoop size and how it will relate to your macros.

I’ve been really impressed with this whey protein. It tastes great, mixes easily, and doesn’t leave that gritty or chalky texture that some protein powders have. It’s become an easy part of my daily routine, especially after workouts. Overall, great taste, good quality, and definitely a product I would recommend.

My husband is on a weight gain journey and I've gotten him other protein shakes. He's in LOVE with this one! It's helping him gain slowly and he LOVES the flavor. He's picky, so this is phenomenal!!!

I bought this supplement to supplement my diet and support my goals of weight gain and muscle mass. So far I have had a very positive experience. The Gourmet Vanilla flavour is pleasant and mixes quite well with milk or water, without leaving too many lumps. I liked that each serving provides a high amount of protein and carbohydrates, which is practical for those who have difficulty consuming enough calories during the day. It also feels satiating and easy to incorporate after training or between meals. The packaging arrived in good condition and the instructions are easy to follow. In general, I consider it a good option to complement an eating and exercise routine. I will continue to use it to evaluate the long-term results. What I liked the most: ✔ Good taste ✔ Easy to mix ✔ Provides protein and calories conveniently ✔ Practical packaging I would recommend it to those looking for a simple way to increase their caloric intake as part of a balanced diet.

The taste is pretty good but I definitely recommend adding the highest recommended ounces of milk as 2.5 scoops of the powder with 24 oz of milk is quite thick. The scoops are really big which makes drinking a full serving size all at once very difficult. I recommend splitting the amount and having one shake in the morning and one in the afternoon. That said, I will have to say that it does work as far as helping you gain weight. I am a 46 year old woman who lost about 10 lbs in a little over2 months unintentionally. I got down to 96 lbs. After using this for just 3 days I am up too almost 101 lbs.
