Very happy about these plates - I thought I’d try them out to see how sturdy they are. Very nice compared to many brands. It’s the perfect size for mealtime. We’ve even used them for ice cream with no issues. It doesn’t seem to get soggy like some of the generic varieties. These are eco friendly, if that’s important. We try to watch our carbon prints and are glad to add these plates to our kitchen.

They are the same size as the small plates in the dish set (I think people call those salad plates...? I feel like those should be dinner plates and the big ones salad plates, but that's just me.) We used to always buy the GV store brand from the big box retailer but with Subscribe & Save I get these for a little less money and they are definitely better than the other ones.They are just as thick as the Dixie brand for a fraction of the price.The 8.5” plates are just the right size for the amount of food we usually put on them.It’s just myself and my wife so we use them just to save on having to wash dishes a lot, but they are great for a birthday or pool party for sure.The Amazon brand really offers some quality products. I just wish they were more consistent with the lower prices on all their household items across the board.
