I had purchased this product some 2 months back and from couple of days it is not working, after plugging with switch on mode also it is not showing the power indication. I am trying to contact the supplier but couldn't able get any customer contact details, sent mail but not got any response. Tried contacting Amazon customer care but don't have any option. What should I rate about product customer service from vendor and Amazon? Thank you (Prestige - TTK), service engineer visited my place and solve issue.
