Our daughter is allergic to chlorine and gets terrible eczema over her whole body. We chose this because it was rated the best to eliminate chlorine. We had the water coming from the waterchef tested by the town water commission and there was 0.00 chlorine. We have had it for 2 months and she has no eczema. Great for elimination of chlorine and a really nice shower head as well.

Excellent product, reputable company!
In a time where quality and customer service are nearly extinct, it's wonderful to deal with a company that stands by its product. I have had my Water Chef shower system since 2015 and couldn't be happier. I change the filters as directed, but recently began having water pressure issues. Since the filter was relatively new, I figured maybe the system was simply getting old and needed to be replaced. I purchased a new one which was ready in the box for when a plumber visited my home to fix something else. He removed the filter and showed me the shower now worked fine, and that the problem was with the filter. When I called Water Chef, the associate was very knowledgeable about the causes of a clogged filter, explained it to me, and sent me a re[placement filter. He did not try to just sell me a new system. Luckily, I had not taken the new shower system from the box and easily returned it.When a company genuinely cares about it's customers, that's when they get me as a loyal customer. Thank you, Water Chef!

For the first couple of times, it was leaking from the filter housing area but then I kept using it and it’s stop leaking.
