Good for the price
A good weight set.Easy to assemble and arrange the weights, even the long bar for bench press arrangement is very usable

It does what its supposed to.
I like using it, its great to start out as a beginner, since 10kg is still weight to train with but the barbell isn't very reliable if you're thinking of adding extra plates, as it is mostly plastic with, i believe a metal rod in the middle, it could still very easily snap or break somewhere, i still use it consistently, just as dumbbells instead of a full barbell. So it does what its supposed to. i was fairly skeptical of people saying it keeps unscrewing, but i must admit, it does unscrew and can become unstable, but i think if you're willing to look past that it'll be fine!

Bargain
I use these everyday for resistance training, didn't think it would be so good for the price but I'm well happy with it, quite a kit for £20, your health is important, don't think about it, buy it!

Great for just starting out
Found this set to be great for starting out as a beginner, not be long till I buy again to give more weight and options to my routine. One person said they loosened during use but a simple o'ring on one side of each bar fixed that when connected to the centre bar. Brilliant product for the price.

Hi who ever made these weights should put them together you screw them on and they go lose ever time just buy from Argos . Terrible put together.
