Amazing customer service
I really like the whole unit but the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue and they responded right away and more than made it right. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I need my refund
I just bought these mudflaps, they arrived on July 29th and I installed them that same day. Just yesterday, August 17th, we took a 300 mile trip and they didn't hold up; almost half of one of them broke.

Looks solid
Unfortunately, the box I received was broken open and parts were missing. I still can make some clarifications. What the page refers to as "ball mount" is usually referred to as a "hitch receiver" where I'm from. So it's talking about a 2" or 2.5" hitch receiver. The "ball mount" is usually referring to the diameter of the shank and the amount of drop even though the hollow square shaft is part of the whole thing. The mud flaps are connected by putting the receiver shaft through the hole in the center bracket. When the hitch is locked in with the pin, 'at least' 1" open shaft is needed for placement. If it's less, it won't go on.Bumper clearance can be another problem. My bumper overhangs the trailer hitch a bit so the flap attachment arms will not position vertically. Both have to be bent out toward the trailer lowering the flaps. Depending on the amount that's bent out, trimming the bottom of the flaps may be necessary to keep them from dragging.Another problem I have that may not be too common is that my electrical connector for a 9-wire plug does not stick straight out. The cable plugs in at a right angle to the hitch, and it's already a pain to make the cable avoid the hitch, sway bars, and safety chain loops.3 stars- all parts are solid and heavy duty.

Cheap flaps. Mounting hardware acceptable
These flaps fly all over the place, beat the hell out of my fifth wheel. The flap mounting bracket rotates on the mounting shaft. In less than 400 miles the right flap ripped in half. The rubber used in not heavy enough for the application.

Easy to mount on your hitch insert, does keep rocks down from dimpling your trailer.
I pull an enclosed trailer and seem to be getting a lot of small dents that look to be from pebbles coming off the tires, so I got these to fix that issue. The mud flap mount mounts easily on the hitch insert, there are couple bolts that tighten up the mount and you can level it off with these bolts as well. I did have to cut the rubber flaps down both with width and also height, there are lines on the back to make it easy and so it is square. Make sure you lay the mud flaps out before cutting and there is a left and a right. The mud flaps mount inside a steel sleeve that goes over a pole which inserts into the mount. There is some play/wiggle but overall, I am not having any rocks being peppered into my trailer which is what I wanted!

Not even close to RockTamers
Supposed to be RockTamers. Nowhere near the same quality but for the same price. More cheap Chinesium metal brackets
