DickiesWomen's Classic, Royal, Small Tall

Very nice pants w pockets! My granddaughters 5'4" about 118 lbs. After reading others reviews, I got her a Small-Tall. They fit perfectly everywhere but VERY long and came up to waist, not mid-size but that was good. I hemmed them and they look great. I do recommend even if you must alter length. There's no stich fabric glue out there that works wonders or iron- on hems are also great.
