CHISTI5 Extreme Gaming Pc (I5 12th Gen Core i5-12400F Gaming Desktop (RX580 8GB Graphic Card/1TB SSD/Windows 11/RGB Gaming Cabinet/WiFi) (128GB RAM)

At first when I saw the product I was very excited as it provides grate value for money [i5 12400f + rx 580 + 128 gb ram + 800watt psu] so I orderd the item but also contacted amazon's customer service because the seller has most of the reviews below 3 stars and it seems that buyers were not satisfied at all however I placed order cuz amazon's customer service ensured that it's returnable in case of any issue ,when I placed order the next day seller's called me on my phone and told me that it's having 64 gb ram insted of 128 gb because of the "Technical error" at that point I was getting suspicious but I decided to cooperate with them giving them the margin of error [altho the error was huge but I told them to proceed as goodwill]I recived the product in scheduled time but when i opend the box the first thing I noticed that it was having 500 watt psu insted of 800watt as mentioned in description , at this time I have confirmed my suspension but I go forward in unboxing the second thingbI noticed that it was damaged from side panel and the panel was alwas opend not closed and the wire management was worse than 10k pc, third thing i noticed that when I turn on pc it will automatically restart and dose not show any thing on screen, 4th thing- the pc was giving continues electric shock which was considerably hazardous, 5th- When I tried for superficial inspection for the pc It seems like that they screwed pc in a way which the customer cant unscrew them may be as caution or god knows why ,after I faced all this problem I immediately requested for return and as aspected thank to amazon it was accepted .
