Great for memory and sleep

I have been using this brand of Ashwagandha for the past month. I have noticed a difference in the way I feel when confronted with a stressful situation. I am able to deal with stress with a calm demeanor, something that was NOT the case prior to me taking Ashwagandha. My mood has changed for the better as I feel calmer and more levelheaded. I am finding joy in life, something that had been missing for a very long time. Another thing that I have noticed is the fact that as soon as I go to bed, I fall asleep within a couple of minutes...this was NOT the case before the Ashwagandha. I wouldn't mind feeling this way for the rest of my life...I feel ALIVE for the first time in a very long time. I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years and came across this supplement from reading some Ayurvedic sites and social media. Overall a great adaptogen for stress relief, mood, and sleep.One caution that I do want to note is that I felt a little more thirsty than normal after taking it so consider upping your water and electrolyte intake along with taking this supplement.Would also only take at night with dinner, following the standard protocol for things that may make you sleepy/relaxed - do not drive, operate heavy machinery, or do anything of the like.

I have been taking ashwagandha for over a year now and really like it. I have heard that it is good for enhancing and improving mental clarity but I like to take it at night before bed. I find that it helps to calm and quiet my mind so I don't lay there ruminating or worrying about stupid stuff. I take one capsule 1/2 hour before bed and it has worked for me every night.These capsules are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant aftertaste. Also, none of them came apart in the bottle which is a potential problem with capsules. The only downside that I saw with these is that the recommended dose is two capsules per day. I don't like taking that many pills so whatever the supplement is, I end up taking just one. One at night, however, seems to be sufficient and effective for me.
