They are adjustable fpor head size nd chin strap is adjustable as well. Helmet is vented for summer and still vwrey comfortable to wear vs traitional hard hat. Item is lightweight and easier fit. Takes up less space to store by office or pack for trip to sites.Shaded visor could be tinted more. But clear visor for indoors & lightly shaded for outside. You still may need safety sunglasses underneath.Good investment & quality item. All are rated for ANSI hardness (Type 1) & Visors rated ANSI Z87

This helmet isn't bad for the price. It isn't as heavily built as most rescue helmets I have worn. It is more like a regular safter hard hat. But as I noted, it is not bad for the price and I only use it when I am teaching.

Great helmet ! You can’t beat the price !If you’re just getting into climbing/ tree work and don’t want to break the bank I would definitely pick this one up ! ..I love the use of having the safety glasses or the big face shield I bought the tinted one works great on windy sunny days when cutting ..I did remove the rubber chin peace , I said yeah I’m going to break out with pimples on my chin if I use that on warm days lol .. so just the strap under my jaw keeps the helmet in place perfectly.. I even had a tree branch hit me in the head and didn’t feel a thing …. So five stars in my book !!
