25Pcs 20SQ050 Schottky Rectifier Diode 20A 50V Blocking Bypass Barrier Diodes 20 Amp 50 Volt Solar Axial Cell Panel Dioden R-6 Package

I didn't see many reviews for the BAT43 diodes, so I wanted to leave feedback here. I needed a few Schottky diodes for a project, and took a chance on these. They arrived quickly, were well packaged, and there were indeed 50 diodes. Some reviews mentioned unmarked diodes, but these are all marked BAT43 on the case.I pulled five from random points along the string and tested them at 0.1mA and 1mA. Forward voltage was right around 0.2V at 0.1mA for all five. At 1mA, it ranged from .265 to .28V. I tested two others at 10mA and found them to have a forward voltage from .37 to .38V. That's all pretty much what the BAT43 datasheet says they should be, so I'm confident these will work for me.

I fix electronics as a hobby. Every now and then I'll find a TV on the curb and flip it. I found a 65" 4K Bravia smart TV with no power. After cracking it open I found the four schottky diodes had all shorted. I ordered these as replacements and after about 10 minutes of work I now have a new-to-me TV.

Nothing indicates that these are not what they are advertised to be, I just haven’t gotten around to use any as of yet.Value wise, this was a fair deal.

Good to have these things around I use some pretty much everywhere. If you need to reliably drop 0.7 volts or any multiple of that they really come in handy. Also handy to put across relays to keep their high voltage turn-off spike from hurting your driver transistors. Also great on inputs to power supplies and whatnot to keep reverse polarity from damaging your components.

I had a handyman put in a new push button for my existing musical doorbell. The usual tune would not play. After searching online DIY advice, I realized the button needed a 'doorbell diode' to be installed across the terminals. Unfortunately, the diode does not come with installation instructions, which are needed! I found a good DIY installation video by searching for "how to install doorbell diode". My other recommendation is to offer the product in a package with a single diode or just a few. All it takes is one diode, so I have 49 left over!

I needed 4 of these but at such a low price for 50 pieces, why not? They work perfectly in my project. Now maybe I'll make a few power supplies.
