Q: Bluetooth password that was given doesnt seem to work. Any suggestions?

First ,When you connect the eBOX-BLE-01 device with EPever charge controller , please just find the ebox bluetooth in your phone's setting , but don't need password to mate . Second, open APP and choose bluetooth menu , you could find the eBOX-BLE-01 ，click it and wait few seconds ， the ebox device‘s two green lights are lighting . Congratulations . （Note: Android and iphone system work good too . If you have doubt , please feel free to ask questions , we could help you in time .）

Q: Where is the blutooth app? It is 9/17/20 and the app does not show up in Google Play.

The APP on Google and IOS market is upgraded , you could check it later . Or you could download APP source from EPEVER official website well .

Q: I just bought the 40amp epever 12/24 volt charge controler . i have 4 12 volt 125 ahr batteries on my system . how much should i set my ahr setting

You could set your batteries as 4pcs in series so that the system voltage is 12V ; or you could set your batteries as 2pcs in parallel then 2 parts in series ,so that system voltage is 24V . Please let us know how many watts about your solar panels ? we could supply advices for you in time . thanks for your attention .

Q: What is the PIN for pairing?

: I had similar frustrations. There is no password! First make sure you have the right app on your phone. I had installed the li (blue) version. The right one is the WiFi (orange). Don't go into the Bluetooth menu like you would to enter a password. If it is listed get your phone to forget it. When you open the app it should prompt you to choose WiFi or Bluetooth. If there is no prompt tap the upper right corner, looks like settings and it should ask help or WiFi/BLE tap that and then BLE. Your phone should see it (and perhaps other signals) and be able to connect with it that way NOT through the Bluetooth menu on your phone. The unit should flash green while connecting as well. Good luck I hope this helps. I was online with someone in China and it took a while but I was successful. The key was not looking to connect from the Bluetooth menu like you do with headphones or similar devices
