Awesome sound, exactly what I wanted

Replaced factory speakers. Sounds amazing!
I replaced my F150's factory speakers with the JBL GTO 629s. Installation was very easy being that the order came with the fit ring adapter. Amazing! Especially amazing was that the adapters were only about an 1/8th inch thick which allowed for plenty of clearance between the speaker and the interior door panel. I ended up using the JBL speaker cover to give it more security and solid installation.Once powered (no amp), the sound was superb. High tones were very clear (tweeter), mid tones where crisp and not dull to the sound, and has bass kick was excellent. Even without an amp they sound amazing.Excellent value for the money.

Love these speakers. Deep Bass. Cool highs. Better than expected....but yea JBL.

Good sound/doesn’t look different
Sound is great. Replaced them on a Chevy Silverado 2008 and can’t use the coolest piece of the speakers, it’s the front facing piece that actually shows you have JBL speakers installed. You will have to modify the door panel to show the JBL speaker cover. (The piece that protects the bass.) Also, the listing says I should’ve gotten a cleaning cloth and I did not. I’m not including a picture because it doesn’t look any different if your replacing factory parts for these.

Love these speakers, such an upgrade from Toyota factory speakers. Not the loudest, but definitely clear sound.

They don't send the Iron Crush Cleaning Cloth! Be Careful of the Title
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good speaker, but they don't send the Iron Crush Cleaning Cloth. The same speakers are $99 without the cloth, so they are charging $15 for the Iron Crush Cleaning Cloth that I never received. Somewhat scammy.
