I was able to buy this as “used” on Amazon. It was $160 or more around Christmas time no matter what site I checked and no one seemed to be having any sales on this type of LEGO set. So that’s when i decided to check out the used set to see what that actually meant. I of course didn’t want a set with missing pieces. Basically it just means that everything is new, it’s just that the box has been damaged and they can’t sell it as “new” any more. And that made it $118. So even though I had to give my son one of his Christmas gifts in a damaged box, it was totally fine because it saved me close to $50, and he’s not keeping the box anyway. And he doesn’t care. I just warned him before he opened the gift that the box didn’t look so nice but what’s inside is what mattered anyway. It’s foolish to pay another $50 just for a nice box. He was super excited to get the set and assembled it in just two days (2-3 hours a day). And of course the box went to the burn bin. The set has lots of moveable pieces and it’s pretty incredible once it’s all put together! I’ve since discovered that many things that come in boxes may be offered for purchase as “used” due to damaged boxes. And I don’t care about the box so I can save several dollars usually by buying things that way!

This was a lot of fun to put together in an evening. Looks great in my collection!

One evening when I'd had too much wine I decided we needed a family Lego build. As we're all Star Wars fans and this was on offer it seemed like a good idea at the time.It's a nice model. It took a handful of us a few evenings to build. The scale of some bits seems a little too cramped but you can't have it all. As usual it's horribly overpriced but as there are no credible alternatives to Lego they price them as they want.We have it as an ornament. If you played with it bits would constantly come off, which may or may not be good for you.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 7 year old. He had instructed me he wanted the biggest lego set I could find. Once put together, I was pretty impressed at how cool it was. The flaps lift so you can see the inside of the ship, which has a lot of details. He loves that it shoots "missiles."I only wish it had involved twice as many pieces because he steadfastly worked on it all Christmas day then was done with it as I was about to start serving dinner haha. But really cool. Hard to believe it's LEGOs when it's built.

Purchased this on Prime Day and we have really enjoyed building it as a family. Highly recommend! Also I should add that Amazon shipped this by itself without putting it in another box which was a bummer. My son opened the front door and found it, which ruined the surprise, but Amazon did a great job returning it and sending another one (that wasn't all dirty and damaged) inside another box. The surprise was ruined but we still had fun with it.

Can you ever go wrong with LEGO? My nine year old son was so excited when he received this as a gift. He worked on building the set non-stop until it was done and then continued to play with it for hours. He keeps it on display in his room and will probably never take it apart. The details are fantastic and he loves pretending the set is part of the movie. Well done, LEGO!

Bought from Amazon Warehouse (promised all parts present but packaging would be hammered). Sure enough, not a single part missing, but the box was hammered. I marked it 3 stars for giftable, 5 for everything else, because of the packaging. The assembled set is amazing! I don't know a kid who wouldn't want this, beaten up box or not. Amazon Warehouse is totally the way to get stuff you couldn't normally afford. Great deal!

I recently went on a Lego binge after not building any sets since childhood; the price for this set is pretty reasonable, all things considered (since Lego bricks are worth more by the oz than gold nowadays). I put it together faster than I would've liked, but I think it was because I hadn't gotten to dive into a set in so long. All in all, makes for a fun few hours of building.

It's LEGO. It's ovrpriced and awesome and kept my kid out of my hair for a good hour and a half.Looks great in his room, but, man! LEGO is a bitch to dust, amirite?

El diseño de éste Halcón Milenario es excelente, puedes conservarlo en exhibición con el aspecto del Halcón que originalmente conocimos o agregarle el pod de escape como en la última entrega de la saga. Es como tener el Halcón como supuestamente lo conoció Han Solo y se enamoró de él. La entrega por parte de amazon fue excelente también y mucho antes de la fecha programada. ¡Pulgares arriba!

This went to my son for Christmas this year and was by far his most favorite gift. The details were impeccable and kept him busy for a full day and a half (normally can go through a set in a few hours). He plays with it everyday.
