Works perfectly with my PD powerbank and PD wall charger
This was SO much cheaper than forking out for a proper branded Surface Charger. Linking this adaptor up to my existing (good quality) PD chargers has saved money for a device that gets little use. This works equally well with a mains powered PD charger as well as a high wattage (65W) output powerbank.Be aware that if you connect this to a standard phone USB-C charger, it will probably not charge your Surface device. The USB-C charger needs to support higher wattage output, ideally something like 45W or 65W.

Perfect adapter
This is a perfect little adapter to a usb c lead, without spending a bit of extra dish on a microsoft specific adapter. Good buy

Not fit for purpose - Laptop not charged fast enough when using the laptop
I have a Surface Book 3. And I was using a UGREEN USB C Charger 65W Plug GaN Charger Fast Charger Plug with a UGreen 100W compliant usb c to usb c cable. The laptop ran out of power whilst I was using it (I was charging @ 65W). I then decided to buy the UGREEN USB C Charger Nexode 100W GaN Desktop Charger 4 Ports Laptop Charger and used the 100W port. Unfortunately again the charge was insufficient to allow me to use the laptop without it running out of power. Sorry this is not fit for purpose.

Functional!
I made sure to buy the right size and it does work perfectly fine but the connection fitting doesn't sit quite flush either side? It's not a problem because like I said it does work but it just doesn't quite look the best as you can see exposed metal on the USB-C and barrel connector. Hella cheap though and it doesn't slow down my charging speed at all so, again, absolutely doesn't matter.

Works nicely on my Asus X415 laptop, I can now power it using my AmazonBasics 65W USB-C charger.

I found it worked great with a cheap 100w USB-C power brick
Perfect, does the job and worked great with the cheap 100w USB-C PD brick that I paired it with.

Fits my Asus Vivobook E1504 OLED
Whilst my Vivobook has a good battery life this just makes it easier to charge on the move with my 65w Power bank via USB-C, the metal bit doesn't quite go all the way into the laptop socket but it's not an issue as fits well and charges fast, took me a while to work out the right size plug as the Vivobooks do vary quite a bit so check your model. Good product and great price.
