Really nice desk, I was surprised
I was a little leery at first because of the material, it’s not solid wood, but the desk is actually decent, and feels sturdy. The up and down controls are easy to use, and it’s pretty quiet while going up and down, if that matters to you. The LED lights are a nice touch, too, almost makes it feel like I’m not working lolz. The in-desk outlets and USB ports are really nice to have, too. Instructions were clear, I had no issues putting the desk together by myself (41 yo M).

Excellent desk
I love this desk. It was easy to assemble: the instructions were clear, and all of the pieces and screws were well-labeled (they even included a Phillips head screwdriver along with the allen key!). I assembled this by completely by myself in about two hours, though I maybe should have waited for my husband to come home to help me flip it over.I wouldn't call this desk "noiseless"; it makes a bit of a whooshing sound when moving, but it's not a deal-breaker. For storage, I was able to find rectangular woven baskets at Target that fit under the monitor stand, and they have worked great.

Desk ok issues with parts.
* Updating review received replacement parts and all working again. So far great desk. Good quality! Great customer service. The desk itself I like. Looks great. Issues have had started with the holes on the board to attach the controller don’t match up. Can’t attach it to desk. Then after 2 days the remote for the lights stopped functioning. seller says they will replace whenever parts are available. No confirmation it will or when it might happen. If I get the parts soon I’ll update this review.

Love the second level shelf. Desk is sturdy. Took some time to assemble, but thrilled with finished product for price point.

Great Desk, Best of both worlds
It is hard to find L shaped desks that also offer computer screen risers, and sit/stand height adjustment options. I went from a non adjustable rectangle desk with a key board pull out drawer to this and it has been a game changer for space as well as for ergonomics for those long days I am stuck at the computer working from home. The plugs on top of the desk is a great added feature so I don't have to crawl under the desk every time I need to plug something in. The only thing that would make this desk 100% fit my needs was if it had a drawer underneath as I have a lot of audio equipment for my job that I stow away between uses to save space. Overall this desk is sturdy, exactly as pictured/listed and I would definitely recommend. I have had a lot of desks trying to find my perfect work from home station and this one takes the cake so far.

Missing & misdrilled parts.
Good looking desk but came with missing feet, making the desk wobble and unfunctional. The controller hardware was misdrilled and required me to relocate the screw receptacle, as shown in the photo. ****Update*** Company sent the correct controller and replacement feet.

a nice desk that works well, albiet a fit on the chearp side
I have had an old sit-stand desk for years, and while it was rock solid, it was very slow, loud, didn't have saved heights, and didn't go tall enough for me.I was excited to get this sit-stand as I hoped it would address many of those issues. I am happy to report success on each account.Assembly was not too bad. It came flat packed as you would expect, and I would guess it took about 1-2 hours if your taking your time. The instructions were clear, and at no point was I unsure or confused. I had hoped I might be able to flip the long and shorts sided around as it would have fit my space better that way. Unfortunately, this proved to be impossible with the way it is constructed. To be clear, the listing never claimed that it could be flipped - so this is not a negative to the seller. Just a warning in case you are hoping for that. It still works in my space fine, so not a big deal.Once assembled, it operated perfectly right away. No issues at all. It goes up and down very smoothly, quietly, and quickly. i have it loaded w/ 2x 27" monitors plus a laptop and other various desk materials (pens, cups, jump drives, etc) and it has not shown any indication of issues with the weight. The saved height preferences work great - Just go to your desired height and hold the 1 or 2 button to save it. I love being able to come back to the exact right spot with just the push of a 1 button. You would have to be absurdly tall for it to not go high enough, I am 5'11" and I am not even remotely close to maxing it out at standing height. The lights are nothing too exciting - pretty weak and limited color/capabilities. But I really do not care about that personally. They work, and if your in to that you might find them neat. The integrated power strip is nice and works great in my testing.Overall, I think the desk looks very nice. The black powder coated metal parts (legs, standoffs, etc.) and rustic wood look are very nice. I also really enjoy the stand for the monitors which really brings them to the right height just using the factory stands (an issue on my previous desk).Really, the only negative things I can say about it are:1. its not a tank. You can tell the entire thing is on the "slimmer" side. The "wood" is ~1/2 particle board with venear. That is exactly what I expected at this price point - so its not a surprise. But particle board is prone to bow over time, and does not hold up well to water if it gets below the veneer. I do always have water or coffee on my desk, so its a risk that it may happen at some point. But if it's just a little spill and you wipe it up, you will be fine. The veneer will repel it. I am a hobbiest woodworker, so my plan is to cut my own top (using the original as a template) out of 3/4 plywood if/when either of those issues crop up. Honestly though, I probably never will.2. This is related to #1, but because its particular board, they use edge banding to cover up the particle board edges. This is normal, and you have to do soemthing. However, it means they cannot apply much of a roundover to the edges the desk. I find the end of the desk too sharp if my hands rest on it. I wouldn't say this is a problem all the time - but I do notice it on occasion depending on how my laptop is placed on the desk, and how I am positioned. They could have used a larger, rounded plastic T-mould edging to soften that edge and make it more comfortable. But again, its a relatively minor issue (which i will correct if I do ever have to make my own top).Overall i think this desk is a very good value. There are certainly nicer options out there, but they cost a ton more. I have found the tradeoffs of this lower priced alternative to be perfectly acceptable. I work from home full time, and use it 5 days a week and am very happy.
