Ehob Waffle Cushion, 17"X17"X2" - Model 200wci

Cushion is the best for relief of wounds to the perineum and buttocks area. Less air is better. The first one did get a leak but I think we were inflating it to much. It lasted 3 months. So for comfort we ordered a 2nd one.

Beware, please don’t waste your money ~ purchased the Ehob Waffle Cushion, 17"X17"X2 for my 100 year old mother. Used in a recliner chair for approximately 2-3 hours each evening. Product lasted about a month now unable to inflate. Frustrating what a waste of money.

I use these cushions in my bed and recliner chair to prevent pain and sores on my tailbone.

I have tried many cushions and this one beats the rest by far. My only problem with this product is that small holes/leaks develop in a relatively short period of Tim (a few months). I spoke to someone in customer service and was told that holes can easily be prepared by using a patch commonly found in bicycle store, unless these leaks are on the deans.Every single leak I found was in this area. I have no choice but to purchase a new one. The short life of the cushion makes the cost expensive. I wish the company would find a way to make the cushion seams more durable.

This was the 2nd Ehob Waffle Cushion I purchased within seven months. The first one got a pinhole in it somehow. Now this one I just purchased in May, and I’ve only put air into it once. Because the first one actually only lasted 5 months, I was extra cautious with handling this one. But the other day I sat on it and could feel it going flat. I blew air into it...capped it... and could hear the air coming right back out. We figured out it was coming from the filler hole even though the plug was in. No matter how we tried to manipulate the plug, air kept coming out. Have no idea what caused it, but I know that I’m about 2-weeks beyond the window to return it, and I’m not happy about it. I suffer from Pressure Ulcers in the coccyx area and a waffle cushion is a necessity; but I need a quality product.

Worked great at first but 2 weeks in, we have a leak in the seam! Won’t buy another for $40!

This cushion is durable and does not curl up once filled like the lighter weight competitors cushions. This us hospital quality!

This product was recommended for my husband by his doctor. I purchased the first one and it deflated. You replaced it. It happened again and the company sent another one to us. The last one deflated just this week, a few days after the return period. Is there any way you could send us a replacement with no charge?I am a Prime Member and have been for years.
