YETI Rambler 36 oz Bottle, Vacuum Insulated, Stainless Steel with TripleHaul Cap

Fake/counterfeit Yeti. Wrong fonts on the label, misspelled words on the label, weight of container and lid is different than a genuine yeti (the fake lid weighs 30% less than a real Yeti lid!), the name on the underside of the lid is off center, the finish of the lid is different (less glossy), the texturing under the handle goes further down the edges of the handle loop, and there are other differences but I will stop there. It's COUNTERFEIT. No, it did not come from a third party, either.

I've owned the Yeti rambler for several months now and it is by far the most durable and effective water bottle I've ever owned. This water bottle kept my water ice cold all day despite the AZ heat and I took it with me everywhere. I love the look of the water bottle and how durable it is. I've owned other water bottles that when dropped ONCE they would be easily dented and would no longer keep my beverages cold. I'm not exaggerating when I say this bottle is tough. This water bottle survived being ejected 12 ft from a rollover car accident going 65 mph. I was on my way home when a driver cut me off and I lost control of my vehicle and rolled several times. Fortunately, I was looked after that day and had no major injuries. My vehicle was totaled and emergency responders found my belongings ejected miles from my car. When I went to collect my belongings you can imagine my surprise when I found that one of the items that made it out of the accident was my Yeti rambler. It was covered in dust and a little scraped up but no dents and it keeps my water as cold as when I first got it. I never leave product reviews, however, I felt this story was worth telling. If you need an effective - tough waterbottle that keeps your water cold all day long, look no further.

Ordered 3 different sizes and somehow they are all replicas according to Yeti. I should have shopped a physical store to avoid the hassle. I was attracted to saving a few bucks and got swindled.

Yeti is an expensive brand, so you expect quality. I bought this Rambler, and all I have used it for is hydration in the city. I can assure as their commercials show no cowboy could use this long term as the handle cracked in half. I am so disappointed. I never write reviews. I can assure as a buckaroo this will not work on the range.

I rarely write reviews unless something in particular compels me to do so. We'll get to that in a minute.First, on this product itself: It appears to be exactly as promised. I read through the reviews that said they got a counterfeit Yeti and checked mine very carefully - It seems to be the genuine item! So hopefully the issue with fake Yetis getting into the Amazon supply line has been corrected.I like the way it feels in my hand. It's definitely sturdy and solid, feels like it will last a lifetime. It's a gift for someone, and I have no doubt he's going to love it.So why four stars? The constant badgering from YETI Authorized to write this review. I'm getting emails every few days begging for a review, so they're getting one. The product itself is five stars, but the attitude of the company sours me on buying something from them again. Why not just let the product speak for itself?

I will preface this with we love all 4 of our Yeti’s and the following does not change our opinion them. Clearly there are instances in the manufacturing process of which not all products are exactly the same as the one made before it. We purchased our last Yeti Rambler 6/25/2017 - 4 months to the day the cap came apart(See pictures) while lifting out of my car,unfortunately my Yeti tumbled to the ground and rolled down the driveway, some dents and dings to it once prerfectly kept stainless steel finish - Still looks to be as solid as ever. Anyway, I was just on the Yeti site, apparently if I want to return it or just the cap, I need to pay for the shipping...Truth be told, I would expect differently from a company that has a cult following and it is definitely a manufacturing/product problem.the other 3 Yeti’s are all daily users and as old or older and no problems at all.

My job has me on the road 5 days a week behind a windshield for a large amount of time. I found myself thirsty most of the time and have been a fan of the Yeti products in the past. I went to a local Dicks sporting goods recently and looked at these, but my first impression led me to skip buying at the time because it simply looked too big.I decided to buy after another day of my 30oz yeti rambler and taking up another cupholder in my car.So happy I did. This thing is great! the lid seals the liquid in the container very well and the rambler can be thrown in the backseat or on the passenger seat without causing much trouble. I paired this purchase with a carabiner clip to attach to my bag I bring in to customers. I love this. It keeps my drinks extra cold for very long periods of time. I typically work 16-hour shifts and this will keep ice for well over that time. I left it at work between days and came back to it with ice still in it. It's a beast. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the black coating is showing signs of chips. Outside of that, ​I love it.

I purchased this yeti rambler a few months ago and firstly when I received it there was textured paint around the mouth. That should have been my first clue. But then the first time I put it through the dishwasher was recently (I have always hand washed it.) and the finish on the exterior bubbled out. It now looks awful, I contacted yeti to complain and have found out that this one is a FRAUD!! And will not be warrantied. Be smart and buy it from an AUTHORIZED DEALER. Super disappointed and will never buy from this seller again.

The liner that prevents leaks started to come off after a month of light use (I use it in an office and etc). It leaks water now. Considering I have a $2500 MacBook Pro in my backpack, this bottle is going straight to the garbage - where it belongs.I always hand washed it, never abused the lid. Only filled it with water and cold brewed coffee. A THERMOS branded bottle of the same type performs better at a fraction of the cost.I really wanted to like YETI, but it’s apparent they’re a marketing company selling trash products.

OverviewThis is my third YETI product (to go with an insulation tumbler and a one gallon insulted jug.)I bought this for a very specific purpose...to attached to my motorcycle for those long trips where I want a hot or cold drink along the way. The leather holder it's in is actually designed for a fuel bottle...this was the perfect size, and the style of the lid allows me to pass the top strap through the lid to secure it for the ride. So far the fuel bottle is staying in the garage...so I'm hauling more coffee than petrol!There's not much to say about YETI...you get what you pay for. Superior insulation as compared to other competing products...big product line....and expensive.I always say, you won't remember the price unless you regret the purchase...Pros-Typically great quality from this brand-Exceptional insulation properties-Matt black finish to match my motorcycle (I guess that's just a pro for myself)Cons-The style of the bottle does not include your typical thermos cup. This thing is amazing! It keep ice in it for 24 hours while filling it with water over and over, as long as the water is cold going in. It also keeps hot tea hot for a full day. I made tea before I left for work, and it was still to hot when I got home 10 hours later. At about the 15 hour make it was cool enough for me to get more than a sip. Can’t wait to try it ice fishing, and at the beech. It’s going to get used daily. My plan was to use it for tea in the first couple hours of work and put ice water in it for the last few hours, but I think I’ll have to get another for water and have both keep their temperature all day. Great buy.

So, I bought as a gift and they live it. Say it keeps their water cold all day long. My personal opinion, waste of money. The quality is good, it works good. For me personally it's just not worth the price for a cold bottle of water. There's easier and cheaper ways to have cold water all day long. As far at hot water, haven't tried it but if it's anything like their mugs then again I'd say waste of money. I got travel mug as a gift a few years ago and I didn't really notice a difference in how long it stays hot compared to the cheap mugs Ive used. It's a nice mug, but not worth the price. So, 3 stars because it was a gift that is lived by its owner and for me waste of money
