I was hesitant to purchase this because of the other reviewer stating that it was not a good balance, but I found this product to be the perfect balance. I also came to know that these are the people who make the famed brand of Instant Chai in India by the name of CHAI GOLD. I prefer to make my own chai, but not always possible. Hot water out of my coffee machine and mixed up the cup it was ready to go. Good sugar balance, individually packed. Came quick and with good shelf life.

The spice flavor is definitely strong and high quality, but it's not balanced well with cream or sweetness for my taste. I could experiment with adding my own cream and sugar to it, but since this is sold as a pre-sweetened beverage with milk ingredients, I'm rating it as-is. The side of the box lists a vanilla chai favor also available; if Amazon sold that I would definitely try it.

Finally! F....N....A....L....L....Y, I've found a replacement for coffee. This stuff is delicious. It's not as sweet as I'd like it to be, but a little vanilla soy milk, honey, and half spoon of sugar in the raw and this is perfect morning hot drink. It's so good, that I have to have it twice, sometimes 3x a day.

This is like having a traditional chai tea, only smoother and creamier. This has a great flavor without having to add anything. Just pour into the mug, add water, and you have a sweet chai tea ready to enjoy.When I hear the word "latte" I always think of a milk-based coffee drink. This is not a coffee drink...it is chai tea with milk powder and sweetener. Yummy!

i adore masala chai but dont have the time to make it from scratch any more.this is quite tasty.i prefer mine strong like i was taught to make it, so i make double in a large cup of black spice tea its wonderful. thank you so much

All the Cuppa Mix refreshments are fantastic! Easy to make and perfect for on-the-go and quick mornings. Will definitely buy again!
