It would be nicer if the mouse did not keep getting debris caught between it and the mat. It can sometimes get a bit crunchy when you move the mouse requiring more frequent cleaning than a cloth mat. It is also not as smooth gliding as I had hoped for. It looks like it can cause additional wear and tear on the mouse feet.
