This product is just cheaply made. The outer packaging of the box seemed fine and undamaged. However, the bar used to rotate the slats opened and closed did not work. Upon further inspection (and much effort) I was able to correct the misalignment causing the problem and save myself the hassle of a return. The shipment took a long time to get here and I didn't want to wait another 2 weeks.Finally, we installed the blinds and noticed that they were noticeably shorter in width than the blinds I replaced. I thought that I had measured incorrectly but that was not the case. The old blinds measured 46 inches and these measure 45.5 inches. It is a small difference, but large enough to cause the blinds to shift and fall out of the brackets attached to my windows. It was such a hassle and arrived via the slowest snail mail possible. I don't think I could be any unhappier with the product.

These are not white. They are cream coloredThey are excellent quality and install no harder than any other blind. I had pre-existing hardware in place from a blind that got wrecked so I just used what I had but it’s the exact same hardware and install.Problem is that they are not white and I got it to match the other blinds in my living room and now it looks VERY OBVIOUS especially in the daytime that it’s not white like the other ones. Now I have to switch this one with one from a bedroom and get another to match as well there. Pain in the buttIf you don’t have my same issue...PURCHASE AWAY!!!!

I needed blinds for our garage window. But, was having a hard time finding the size (20"). None of the stores carry them. Amazon to the rescue! They were very easy to install. At least I think they were. My husband installed them. He was out there for less then 5 minutes and I didn't hear any cursing, so I'm assuming they were easy to install. They look great and work great. Hope this helps. Happy blind shopping!

We didn't even have these blinds for 6 months and the lift function- to raise the entire blind up, did not work in all 3 of the blinds I bought. And the individual plastic blind breaks very easily. I already need to replace all 3 blinds and it's not been a full year since I purchased.

All of the blinds are bowed. With brown window frames it is very noticeable. As you can see in the pictures they are not straight. If they don't straighten within time limit they are going back

I ordered 8 of these in varying sizes form 35 inches to 70 inches in width.The good news:- these are decent mini-blinds that fulfill their mission as an adjustable shade- inexpensive- comes in many different sizing options, so you can custom fit your windows- mounting brackets are fine and give several optionsThe bad news:- the quality control is miserable. I had 4 defective units with issues ranging from cracked completely unusable header bars, missing slats, and twisted mis-assembled slats- the valence slats are exceptionally unattractive; I wouldn't consider using themAmazon's excellent customer service straightened things out, but procuring window treatments was more painful than it should have been.

I was excited to find these mini-blinds in a not-so-common size, for a really great price! But I was quickly reminded when they arrived that you get what you pay for... Here are my grievances:-They are indeed 44.5 inches (as stated in another review), not 45 inches as their description states. I can live with the 1/4" difference on both sides, however because they are not the correct width, I needed a second person to help me hang the brackets. They should have fit snug in my window frame, but they didn't.-The metal bar that threads through the top of the blinds and holds all the strings in place and thus attaches to the baton that turns the blinds, was not threaded through all the way. After 15 minutes of maneuvering with needle-nose pliers, I was finally able to rethread the bar to make the blinds functional.-Lastly, there were a number of parts/pieces that arrived damaged. I have attached a couple pictures of the damage. It's all cosmetic and does not affect the function of the blinds, however I still should not have to pay for damaged pieces.After the whole process of taking down my old blinds and all the trouble I had installing these, I would NOT reccommend these blinds to anyone. They are cheap plastic, they are so thin that they hardly block light out, and they were a nightmare to get installed. I was hoping to buy more of these for other windows in my home since they are so reasonably priced, but I will most definitely be buying blinds from another vendor.

While it was easy to install, a few days after installing, it fell down onto the top of my head, the base of the blind. It worked great for the few days. The wand fell off when it fell & can't go back on. I can't find anything on the floor to put the wand back on. I got the blind back on & now it's hard to pull down then fell on my head again in the same area. I was gentle both times but even more gentle the 2nd time. Well, it well down again right on top of the same area of my head. Now my head hurts, burns where it hit. Returning this as it doesn't work as it should & is actually a danger to the user. What if this happened to a child? I'm sure that my head is going to be hurting/burning for a few days. My husband installed it & it's not like this is something that he's NOT done many times. He knows what he's doing but this blind is just unsafe.

But as a capable DIY person, the design and cheap materials let me make it right!> Do they look good? I think so! And altogether they're just right for me - especially the price. ;)

This blind is aesthetically a reasonably nice blind. Unfortunately the one I've received will not retract making it pretty much useless. Based on other reviews, this product is very much a hit or miss item, with some samples being defective or poor. I will not be buying another one of these.

There was a crack of about 6 inches across the top. And, there were no brackets contained in the box. I will be returning it on Friday when I am out of self isolation. I’m assuming this blind was a “returned” blind alreAdy. I’d like to order a new one but I’d like to know it is unused before hand. The blind looks of good quality and I think I probably would be happy with it but it’s damaged. Returning same.

The blinds themselves are fine but I ordered 46” blinds and got 45”. I tried it out because I didn’t want to return them and then wait again for new ones. Lucky it worked okay but it’s not what I ordered. My window is 46.5” wide. So just beware about what actually comes in.

Muy bonitas. Muy frágiles las persianas. La de hasta arriba se trozò de ambos lados de donde cruza el hilo. Los tornillos que traer para sujetar son muy cortos y si se sujeta del techo es riesgoso que se caigan por el tironeo frecuente, por lo que es mejor mantenerlas siempre extendidas. Se me cayó dos veces, una se desprendió el taquete y la otra por estirarla.
