Bailey of Hollywood Men's Mannes Braided Fedora Trilby Hat

I had this identical hat for five years but lost it along the way. Bought a new one, and I must say how much I enjoy these. They can be folded, packed, crumpled, etc. and resume shape immediately. Plus they are comfortable and look great. One thing to be aware of is that they are synthetic fiber. That is how I decided to get one in the first place, but if that doesn’t work for you, be aware. At this price point you wonfind a better hat.

Very nice hat, But I probably wouldn't buy my next hat through Amazon. Fed Ex driver was very careless with the delivery.

I had the very same hat for 4 years and wear it 75% of the time when I go out. I love it. I get compliments on it all the time and people ask me where I got it. I'm going to try to clean sweat band of the old one in a protective bag in the washer, but was afraid to because the tag says not to wash it. I didn't want to be without my best hat! This one fits exactly like my old one. In the ratings, one of the criteria was stretch. If you expect this one to stretch, it doesn't. It's Polypropylene, so there's no stretching it, but it also doesn't shrink if it gets wet.

Received the Fedora today. It came in perfect condition in a box that was the right size. No dents, dings, or imperfections. The Mannes Braided Fedora fit perfectly. I'm bald, by choice, kinda, so I wear a small hat size. This hat fit snug and comfortably above my ears. The hat is more rigid then you might expect. I have not tried to crush it and I don't intend to pack it, so I'm not sure how well it rebounds once smushed.It's light and extremely comfortable. Perfect for the heat of Summer in Florida. I've been wearing it all day and my wife keeps telling me I need to take a break from it, but I'm training it to sit correctly and that takes some wearing.The hat is 100% polypropylene, which is a synthetic material that is very durable. A lot of carpets are made from polypropylene so I know it can take a beating. I was weary of getting a synthetic hat because I wanted an authentic straw look but it looks and feels like straw. I know this is the right Fedora for me. Enjoy!

I usually invest in a couple of hats a year and 9 times out of 10 I go for a Baileys' - they're always well made, and have a good size range to. This fits perfect and I love the tonality of the red, I even went for a paced 3k jog with it on, and it was fine.

Very nice looking hat, comfortable, seems well-made. I ordered the charcoal/multi, which is supposed to be the same colour/pattern all over. But the hat I received only has the charcoal/multi on the brim, while the crown is solid black. I'm a bit disappointed, because the pattern is pretty cool, but I'll keep it because it's a hassle sending stuff back.

My hat was crushed on one side and the quality of the product is far from my previous Bailey hat. Chinese knock off.
