If like me you're into your DIY tasks, then often you'll come across jobs where you need gloves to protect your hands from getting covered in whatever it is you're working with, be it paint, oil or simply cleaning the drains..Hence its always good to have a stock to handFirst impressions are good, these gloves are much like the latex gloves that were popular previously texture and feel wise, as compared to the other main types, Vinyl or polyethylene which are both inferior to nitrile in my experience, as they are a poor fit and weak.These fit very well, are nice and stretchy and fairly strong too. Getting them out the box is easy, enough as is getting them on your hands. You can usually reuse them several times if they are only lightly soiled. A box of 100 like this would usually last me a couple of years or more.Overall for £4 its almost impossible to go wrong with these, if you go to the shops you'll spend more than this on a pack of 5 or 10, so getting 100 seems almost too good to be true in 2024!

The box that the gloves comes in is 24cm x 22.5cm x 5cm and with the gloves weighs 380g. The Medium sized gloves I ordered are blue and fit an average sized British hand snuggly, though they are slightly tricky to take off. I like the fact that the finger sections have a rougher surface which helps them to grip more easily. The instructions say that they are made in Vietnam, and follow CE 27777 and UKCA standards, but warns about long term exposure to daylight or light sources that leak UV. Although I am not up on modern glove testing standards, I did fill one glove with water, and it failed to burst or spring leaks when I bounced it up and down. Although the gloves are mentioned as single use only, have used a pair at least twice for dish washing.

They are also very durable, latex and powder free, good new for those with allergies. They can also be worn on either hand, good news for us lefties who struggle with these gloves. I got the extra large which to be honest were not, I have medium sized hands. They are a practical and economical choice for a range of uses, though they may not be the most comfortable for long-term wear.

I spend a bit of time in the garage and working on engines and these are perfect for that, the XL size are perfect for my hands, I wouldnt consider my hands as XL myself a large size but having some space makes them easier to get on and off.These are ideal for all things where you want to keep your hands clean.These nitril gloves are currently priced at £3.99 which is a bargain price, highly recommended

Nitrile gloves tend to be quite similar, but these stand out as a little better than most. They're ambidextrous, so you can just grab two from the box without having to worry about making a pair. The surface is slightly textured to aid in gripping and the cuff is beaded, which makes a heck of a difference when you're trying to get them off.I got the mediums and I normally buy gloves in a medium size. They fit just fine. I sometimes have trouble getting gloves to fully fit the finger, from the web to the tip - but these fit very well and I could get them on in seconds without having to spend ages adjusting them. I'm pleased with these.

I use these in the garage and they do the job well. My issue with all these types of gloves is that my hands sweat intensely when I wear them, which isn't a fault of the glove more a reality of wearing rubber protection. They are thin so as not to affect your 'feel' too much but at the same time are reasonably resistant to tears etc.

I normally take size L in gloves which is what I ordered and they fit great. However these kinds of gloves will always stretch a bit.These are well made and come in a nice box. I love that these gloves can be worn on either hand and I use these for a variety of jobs around the house and garden. I also have a lot of BBQs and use these to pick up the cold grills, charcoal etc. If used lightly you can also reuse them. Overall an excellent box of gloves.
