The flame is not as distributed as I thoughtAs you can see from the picture, the flame really only uses that part that is seen to be deformedAlso it became deformed after 2 uses (yes I followed the Instructions and I seasoned it)You also need to keep it really close (almost touching) which is a bit annoyingEven by doing so it still only sears the centre where the flame is coming through. So you need to go back and forth to apply the centre of it to all the surface or else you won't get a proper sear

Never have something better to sear my stake and roast
