Cured my snoring immediately and stopped my apnea.
After I figured out how to wear it, its awesome. The first night I had it, I wore it wrong and woke up about 3AM and tossed it. So the seller gets only 4 stars for no instructions. Some tips: 1) out of the bag it smells like new rubber. Hand wash it with some mild shampoo and it goes away. 2) the skinny strap goes on top of your head, the fat strap goes in the back.

To see how to wear it, put the logo to the back of your head, not on the top.
I could not figure out how to wear it. So I put it away and now, several months later, I tried again. But it just would not conform to the picture shown online. So I had my daughter and my husband mess with it for a while, and finally my daughter went online to look at it . She found that the picture shown where the logo is on the top of the man’s head is wrong. The other pictures, if you click on them, show correct use. So we used them as our instructions, putting the logo to the back of my head, and it now seems to fit okay. Tonight will be the test.

Orion Star stands behind the product
First off, the company states it will not work for everyone. And they stand behind the product. I tried it off and on for a month, but it did not work well for me. That said it appears to be a high-quality product and the company is easy to work with.I had an issue as the jaw strap pulled my jaw back, and after being in braces that previously pulled my jaw forward this did not seem to be a good idea to wear nightly. It IS adjustable so you can loosen the tension, but then it didn't help what I was wearing it for.

I love it!
I was using another style chin strap and much prefer this one.I purchased two packs of 2 so I have one I keep in my travel bag and three to rotate each week.I use one for 3-4 days and when I wash the sheets once a week, two of these go in the front load washing machine in a mesh zippered bag. I make sure to close the Velcro on each but they can still come undone...so the mesh bag keeps the Velcro from grabbing onto other things in the wash. Then I'll hang them up to dry.As others have said...the small strap goes on top of your head regardless that the photos show otherwise.

Garbage. Falls apart within weeks.
These things are literally garbage. Both have fallen apart in less than a month each. BUY ANOTHER BRAND!!!!!!!!Frustrating. No matter what I do, I wake up with marks on my face from this strap that don’t go away for at least a couple hours after waking up. It very useful because of that.

Horrible doesn't work!!
I read other reviews on this and thought wow my husband's snoring can stop that would be amazing. Well, he wore it and it doesn't work at all. It actually made him snore even worse and way louder. I had to wake him up and tell him to take it off. Once he did he wasn't snoring that bad anymore. Pretty sad that Breath Right nose strips work better then this. Disappointed on wasting my money on this product. I would put no stars if it was possible.

Update, they stretch out rather quickly and then do not fit - too large.
The product seems to work and I am very pleased. The reason i put 4 stars is because the band seems a little chinsy feeling and will probably not hold up over time. I little hard to fit over my medium sized head as well. But I havent woken with a dry mouth since I started using it, although it makes fitting my cpap head gear a little harder. So downgraded to 3.5 or so.

Works great with my CPAP
This chinstrap works great to hold my mouth closed all night while using my CPAP. It is very comfortable and stays in place. It was just what I needed.
