SMASH - Baby Food Press (Green)

The use of a fork is faster and less of a mess. Can't use this for tougher foods.

This product works about as good as you would mash your own food in a bowl with a fork. Takes alot of pressure.

Ehhh...good idea. You have to use pretty mushy food to begin with and a lot of it to get it to smash at all. Easier to just mush with a fork. I will keep in the diaper bag just incase...

Simple and compact. It does squish out around the top if you put a heaping spoonful in - less food, less mess, but more work. But, works great, as expected.

I gave this to a friend's daughter when she had a baby shower. She was really pleased -- and I think she will be even more pleased when she uses it. (Baby is not due for another few weeks.) Among the benefits are that it takes up little room in her very small kitchen. She did not want something that would take up counter space or cabinet storage space. As baby moves into solid foods, she can eat steamed or cooked veggies before they are "seasoned" for mom and dad. She will love it even more when she sees how easy it is to drop it into a plastic zipper bag and carry in her purse or diaper bag so that baby can go out to dinner, too.UPDATE: Recently I gave this to another expectant mother -- this time a close friend of my daughter -- and she loves it. I debated about giving this because it was not on her registry list. However, I decided to go ahead and everyone at the shower thought it was the coolest gift ever!

To much of the solid food is left in the bowl after squeezing.

This food press does a good job in mashing banana. I use it often and feed my DS directly from it

The mother whom this was bought for loves it. It is easy and fast and baby is happy.
