Instant Heart Rate Reading and Counts Reps!
REASON FOR BUYING: Wanted a fitness device that i could train and keep an eye on my heart rate and also keep a count of my reps whilst working out.REVIEW: I decided against buying a fitness watch because their heart rate reading aren't very reliable and through research, I found this chest strap to be one of the most reliable. When it arrived, I found the strap and the Wahoo system itself surprisingly small! The strap can be adjusted very easily and can be fitted on to most people as you make the strap longer and shorter aswell as it being elasticated to stretch. The strap and the wahoo system come detached and simply clicks in to place. Once in place, the system gives off a little blue flash to show that the bluetooth is on and a red light to show it has been connected and has found a heart beat. There is no on or off for the system, simply disconnect it from the strap and after 10 seconds or so, the light will stop flashing and you will know it's turned off.I use my system with an IPhone, so i can't speak for android. As soon as i connect the strap and see the blue light, i opened the Wahoo app. It asks me too choose a device to connect too. As soon as i click on the device it connects within 5 seconds and gives me an instant Heart Beat reading. When wearing the strap, it does feel a bit alien at first, but in less than a minute, I forgot i was wearing it. If feels small and discreet and doesn't bulge through my t shirt at all. I dont think people at the gym will even know im wearing one.I've tested it out with the 7 minute workout app and its really great. Every time i do a star jump or a squat, my phone will count it out aloud. It's really impressive and works really well. It will also keep track of my Personal Best reps and my Heart Rate.PROS: Lightweight. Counts Reps. Long Battery Life. Adjustable Strap. Accurate Readings. Lots of 3rd Party Apps.CONS: You cant get it to count reps outside designated apps (I want it to count my bench presses).SUMMARY: If you just want it to read your Heart Beat, get the basic Tickr for cheaper, but if you want it to count reps and give you workouts, then this is defo worth it!! I hope that someone finds this helpful!

Great product
I have Tickr X for at least 1 month and I am using it at least 3-4 days/week over treadmill-elliptical and weight workouts.I’ve been using with apps wahoo fitness, Endomondo and also with S health of my Galaxy Note 4 (android). All of them have perfect performance and they don’t lose their live signal. All of them are connected with ANT+, but Bluetooth is also checked and worked fine. The data, charts and statistics that you get after each workout are cool but actual very important and helpful. The wahoo app also gives you an important feature, which with a fast or more deep exercise test of your actual heart performance, can record and give results of your own heart rate zones which is a great advantage (without for anyone to know all details, equations and rules to calculate the numbers by himself). The shape and weight are perfect and after the very first minute you forget that you wear it (even inside t-shirts nothing is visible). The body fit is also great. Although you can adjust the circumference, I haven’t notice yet any strip loosen. The “pads” grip perfect and they never slip, no matter how hard I run or sweat (lot of sweat, believe me). I have also made a pool test and everything worked fine. It has fallen down several times but luckily nothing wrong happened.Overall, it is a great tool which from all point of views (material, hardware, software, connectivity and shape-weight) is nothing less that I would demand. Although the price is higher than known competitors, I would definitely recommend it.

Overall a brilliant, small profile, comfortable monitor. Worth the money if you want rep counting and workout memory.
This heart rate monitor is brilliant. I'd like to give it 4.5 stars, but obviously can't on here.I've been using it to track my HRV with hrv4training (great app by the way) to see what my recovery is like. For those purposes it's brilliant, I moisten the chest nodes a little bit and then take a 3 minute reading.I've also done a couple of workouts in it, stayed on quite nicely after finding a comfortable level of tightness.Very slightly negative points...I think if you were doing some intense plyometric work, anything with very explosive movement it might move a little. Then again it's a surprisingly small profile on the chest, I'm considering even wearing it for BJJ/MMA sessions. The other thing is the 7 minute workout rep counting isn't 100% accurate, but is fairly close.Other than that I'm struggling to find a decent app for HR zone training, most just track what zone your in, I want one that will only start timing once I'm in a zone, but that's nothing to do with wahoo!Overall a brilliant, small profile, comfortable monitor. Worth the money if you want rep counting and workout memory...otherwise go for the tickr.

Works great!
I started using this a few years ago. It really helped me take my workout to the next level. Water and sweat sweat proof makes ideal for the outdoor warrior who works out rain or shine.I find it very comfortable to wear, unlike another similar device that had.The only minor problem I have encounter is at the beginning, when I first put it on. The heart rate jumps around for a little bit. I suppose that it needs a bit of moist to make a good connection with your skin. Once that happens it works great.I haven’t used mine in about a couple of years due to an injury, but I am about to start working out again and I’m definitely making part of my workout. With that said, I can’t commend on the app, since I am sure there has been a few updates to it that I have not used.Just a suggestion, one thing I wish this and other similar devices could do, is to monitor for irregular heart beat. I am not talking about the ability to do a EKG type of diagnose, but rather the ability to detect an irregularity in heart beat. The Apple Watch can detect A-Fib, but not irregular heart beat. If this device could do that, it would be a great thing for those who suffer from some heart condition. The device already detects the heart beat, all it would need is the app to monitor the heart beat and rate and record the data. So far there is nothing in the market that can do that.I was a medic for over ten years and I had a lot of patients with heart problems that thought that such a device and app would be great to have. I myself experienced irregular heart beat for a while, or at least it felt like it. But it would only last for a few seconds and the it was gone for days at a time. I wanted something to be able to record and maintain a record to take to my doctor.Again, this is just a feature ai wish this had, and not a reflection on how good or it for it’s intended use as it stand right now.

Excelente Costo Beneficio

Excellent Product
This heart rate monitor works very well. It is comfortable, seems to be very accurate, excellent data and the best part is it records your activity without needing your phone with you. I love this product and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a well rounded monitor for whatever sport/activity you are doing. I have used it for treadmill running, boxing and martial arts classes, home gym work outs etc. Absolutely love it.The only annoyance I have is when syncing my saved workouts (workouts done with the monitor while NOT connected to the phone app) it takes some time or multiple attempts to connect. It always does connect and sync but usually takes a few attempts before it does. Other than that I have nothing but great things to say.

Ottimo prodotto
Soddisfatto.

Excellent product
I was using Apple Watch series 2, the HR sensor in it is wrist based and slow, HR sensor of wahoo is fast and accurate, you can either pair it with the watch or the iPhone, one cannot simultaneously connect it to both of them. Regarding the seller, I received it before the time given by the seller and it was well packed.
