The Josie stewing pan is oven-safe up to 240°C, the glass lid up to 180°C. The robust surfaces are easy to clean and are neutral in taste. Thanks to the use of the high-quality stainless steel material, the stewing pan is dishwasher safe, but can also be easily cleaned by hand. Thanks to the encapsulated sandwich base, the pot can be used on all conventional hobs as well as on induction cookers.
