Good So Far
I’ve been using the Massager, which helps with my jaw and neck pain. The hot stone feature and gentle vibration ease tension after a long day of clenching my teeth. The buttons are easy to use but a bit confusing at first. The vibration is pretty light, and while I don’t have TMJ, it felt nice on my temples and neck during migraines. It would be nice to have better instructions. The stone gets warm, but the light vibration doesn’t do much for my jaw pain.

Unimpressed
First thing about this product that was a major disappointment was the manual. Not one word of English. If you're going to sell a product in English speaking countries it's probably a good idea to include instructions in English. As it happens I happened to recently experience TMJ after purchasing this product. No, the product did not cause the TMJ, it was just good timing. Using the heat function, it takes time for the device to warm up, probably a couple of minutes. Using a combination of heat and vibration I used this on my aching jaw. Once it warms up the heat is comforting. How much it helped my TMJ I can't really say. Some relief at the time I was using it.

Best product ever !
I would have liked directions in English. After I sorted it out, it worked like a dream, even on my scalp ! If it keeps performing this well, it will be the best product that I have purchased from Amazon !

So Good for Neck and TMJ Issues
I'm a pretty bad jaw clencher and my cheeks and neck can get so knotted up, so I am loving this little heated device. Sometimes I will use it to massage my arm or on my upper pecs so it is definitely multi-use. I like heat so I put this on the highest level 9 which is supposedly 125 degrees F (says 95-125 from 1-9 levels) and the hot stone part feels warm and lovely on the skin, not too hot. I wish it would say what the temperature actually is (instead of just 1-9) to be more accurate but that's okay. I don't think it would burn anyone unless they maybe left it in one spot for a super long time. It's supposed to auto shut off after 15 minutes though. It takes more like a minute to fully heat up, not seconds as it claimed.I do wish the hot stone was a little thicker, and maybe protruded a little more. I think it could just feel more dense. If the edge is too thin it can almost feel too pokey. It's lightweight to hold, but the buttons are right in the middle so I kept hitting the buttons while using it at first and had to adjust my fingers to not do that. Also, the instructions were only in Chinese, no English or any other language. Luckily, it isn't too hard to figure out how to use. I still really like this small heated device for massaging, I haven't seen anything like it before.

Provided nice relief
I've struggled with jaw tension and clenching for a while, so I was excited to try this. The heat feels amazing—like a hot stone massage for my jaw—and the vibration really helps loosen up the tightness. I also love that it works on my neck too, since everything is connected. After using it for a few days, I noticed a real difference in how relaxed my jaw feels. Definitely a great tool for anyone dealing with TMJ discomfort!

Works, kinda.
Got this as a possible aid for tension headaches and neck pain, and I found it does provide some relief. The instructions are in Chinese only. A translation calls it a "scraping board", and at one point "little dolphin scraping board," so I gather that's the expected usage technique. The advertised photos led me to believe that the stone piece might be about 1cm thick, but it's only a narrow, blade-like piece about 3mm thick (1/8"). There are nine heat settings, the max reached 133F and it's noticeably warm but not hot. Nine levels of vibration, all of which are kinda noisy. The scraping technique and heat provided some relief for me. I didn't find the vibration helpful - the frequency is too high to be effective, and the whole unit vibrates, not just the stone. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but I did find it helped ease headaches.Battery life is decent. I ran it on high heat and vibration for 15 minutes, and it still had a full battery indicator. Build quality is good; it felt tightly assembled and durable. The use of the controls is fairly obvious. In the box: the massager with cover, USB-A to USB-C charging cable, instruction book and warranty card.
