I have received the package and it was packed vary well. I would like to Notate I did receive everything as described. All equipment was in great condition and operational. I am a college student and my professor approved all the show version, also the IOS software was as described. The cd that was included was amazing. The seller should include that the cd comes with excessive information. It was a lot more than I had been expecting to receive from them.There is only one problem that I am concerned with. There was a mention that the hardware comes with a console cable. Don't get me wrong. It came with the console cable, but I wish that there was a mention that the console cable was a DB9 female to rj45. This is not a issue I simply ordered a USB serial to rj45 cable. I just wish that there was a notation that the console cable was indeed a DB9 console cable so that I could popularly praper so I could have review the product sooner than waiting a week for the console cable part I need to inspect the hardware to come in. But all and all this is a vary good buy and my purchase was through the 2run network LLC.

I received my labs yesterday after unboxing everything I noticed that I did not have the 1x WS-C3550-24-SMI Layer 3 Switch with latest Enhanced EMI Image. Also I did not see/ have the packing list the box was left on my porch and was taken in the house by my girlfriend. I will try and call again in the morning but I'm not sure if you are open on Saturdays.

A good set of TWO switches Catalyst 2960 S (no Gigabit Uplinks) and THREE routers.You get also ONE Layer 3 (Cisco Catalyst 3550 series) switch and......a rack for a desk or a side table.The only thing is that the THREE routers are an older of 1841 flavor.Many different types of cables Ethernet, Router-to-Router, Console.If you do NOT have a serial port on your laptop or a computer, you will need to buy a good Serial to USB adapter. My adapter is from pluggable.com. Works well. Costs $15 or so.So, pretty good overall. Have not noticed any malfunctioning equipment so far.

The equipment was packaged very well, everything came as stated. I love having physical equipment to go along with virtual, there are so many things you learn when you are hands on with your routers and switches.The only thing I would suggest is getting a USB to Serial RS232 Cable Adapter 4 Ports DB9 Converter 9-Pin Male to Male, this way you can connect to multiple devices at once have some fun.
