Lots Compliments on Mic Quality While Playing
Pros:- Feels Good on Ears just make sure adjust so fits over correctly.- Sound Quality is Great- Long USB Cord and Heavy Duty- Feels and Looks Professional- Great on Cord Volume and Mute Controls Works Perfect- Noise cancellation works ok almost as good as Boss headphonesCons:If you have a spining chair can start to twist up cord. This resulted in the cord starting to come out on volume part. This is mostly my fault from moving around but I prevented it from getting worse with little duck tape. I was glad did not break.Overall Feel Good With Purchase.

They sound awesome until they don't--the warranty took some effort
These died after 116 days; that's fewer than four months, but too long to return, unfortunately. When I first got them, they were great.Pros* These headphones have a nice flat sound profile (meaning I didn't need to mess with the equalizer).* Good build quality; the suspension style headband is the only way to go--especially if you have a big head.* The noise cancelation is impressive. I don't notice how much it sounds like I have my ear in a conch shell until I turn on noise cancelation, then the only thing I hear is my heartbeat.*The microphone is on point (it's not quite as good as a condenser mic, but it doesn't suck).Cons*They died after 116 days. That's fewer than four months. They still technically work with the noise canceling off but with it on, it's like being blasted by a thousand banshees screaming in agony, and it is agony to hear.*At first they had a loud, low-frequency rumble in the neighborhood of 30hz when I had them tilted and slightly off of my ears (to let my ears cool after hours of use). I assumed this was a quirk of the acoustics in the room and feedback between the internal and external mic since it stopped as soon as I turned off the noise cancelation. This headset is more affordable than most similar performing headsets and cheaper than other headsets with these features, so it may be worth rolling the dice. If you decide to roll the dice, keep the box it came in and be sure to hang on to the warranty card.--EditDon't bother with the warranty card. If you email the address on the card that came with the headset, you'll get no response. If you click the support section on any of Redragon's websites, you'll get no response. If you try contacting them through Skype, you'll get no response. Not so much as a machine-translated broken-English attempt at a response.--Edit (again)After a week and a few persistent emails, they finally responded and asked for the order number. I gave it to them and found a replacement in the mail today. They took a while to respond but made up for it with a prompt replacement. So in total, I went without a headset for 12 days. This product doesn't deserve a 1 star for a defective unit since the company did eventually make it right but it doesn't get a 5 star since it was such a hassle to get it replaced.Just in case anyone else gets lost in their myriad of non-working contact options, the email that finally responded to me was redragon.service@gmail.com, the same email on the card.

Terrible mic
These are terrible, i own and love the budget keyboard and mouse from Red Dragon. I paid $50 usd for these and what a let down. Cord is to short first off, the sound quality is not good but the mic sound quality is 0 stars. The control is in a poor location so its always in the way due to short cord. If it had been longer cord and put a clip on the control it would have been passable but yikes. Build quality of the headset felt good but time would tell. Couldn't use it that long. Returned

Redragon H991 TRITON
Just purchase these headphones primarily for use with the PS4 & it's working flawless for my purposes. It's very comfortable & the build quality is better than expected. I was going to get a PS4 headset after my original ones broke but I couldn't justify buying another PS4 headset which simply didn't offer the flexibility I was seeking. These Redragon H991 TRITON work perfectly on my Windows 10, Ubuntu Linux 17.04, Mac OS Yosemite & PS4 systems. What more can you ask for ? It's also USB based which means the likelihood of hearing crackling sound from using a stereo 3.5 mm headset jack is a non issue. The cord is heavy duty & about 6.5 feet in length. The mic works flawless & other players can hear me perfectly on the PS4. I'm happy with my purchase & glad I gave Redragon a chance. I almost went with a cheaper option but the build quality didn't look promising so I went with these.

Good noise-cancelling headphones for the price...the microphone..not so much
I bought these specifically because I worked in a wonderful "open office" environment. You know what I'm talking about...it's supposed to help with team collaboration. If I want to collaborate, I'll walk over to someone's cube...but no cubes and low walls make for a noisy environment so I bought these so I could concentrate. I also used it on conference calls (which were made through my computer). The good news is that the noise-cancelling works pretty well for the price. There's a button to turn it on and off and a light that shows it's on. Background noise was cut to a minimum with it enabled (but not eliminated as some more expensive ones allegedly do).The bad news is that the retractable microphone failed after 6 months rendering it useless for conference calls. Perhaps a removable one would be better.I have tried using the headphones while traveling by air...but the noise-cancelling isn't enough to offset the whir of jet engines. For an office environment, it's fine...but if you travel by air often...spend the extra money.

After 1 year, these headphones are goners...
At a 13 months and 2 days the headphones started to die. Worst yet is how the volume and mute button hub started to get really hot, like a cup of coffee hot! Electrical wiring felt heated and almost like it was going to catch on fire. The noise cancelling started to have some issues turning off and on around the 1 year mark (out of warranty time period) All in all, I expected to get more use out of the headset. Not quite a good "long-term gaming headset"... if you need a decent set of headphones, and don't use them frequently they might work for you. Beware the 1 year point though.
