Product Inedible
On the product package the instructions state to boil the Adzuki beans for 15 minutes (Presoak for a shorter cooking time.) Yet on Amazon the instructions are to pre-soak the Adzuki beans in water 4 hours and then simmer 1 hour. First, I did what the package said, and the beans were hard as rocks. Then I did what Amazon said and the beans were still hard as rocks - inedible. What should I do next?

Thank you for the good product!
I bought them to use as raw food. I eat them mostly in the morning by mixing with a variety of rice or sprouted quinoa, after soaking overnight even if a couple of hours of soaking should be enough. Since I've been sprouting myself for years, I can recognize the good quality of this product. They seem to know how to sprout and hydrate properly and the beans are very tasty.

Will not cook
I am an experienced cook of allTypes of beans including other adzuki beans. But don’t waste your money on these they never soften. Very strange, Amazon if your listening these need to be pulled from availability. There is no option for a refund.

Will NOT cook
I really wanted to like these beans however they just WILL NOT COOK. They have remained hard and inedible after 3 hours of cooking.I boiled them in plain water (no acids) on the stove for hours and although some sloughed their skin the “meat” of these beans remained hard and inedible. Save your money AND your time and purchase a different brand.

Three Stars
I was told it was more digestible, but didn't find it so.

They take FOREVER to cook
It takes at least 1.5 hours of boiling to get these even close to edible, and they're still too firm to be really tasty. I have ground them into my Ezekiel flour mix in small amounts and they're fine, but I won't be ordering them again. Sprouted beans should cook faster than regular ones.

Delicious!
These bio-buds are supposed to be soaked and cooked. I like them that way,but they're even better straight out of the bag (see my edit, and do NOT eat straight from the bag). They have a delicious sweet, nutty flavor, and they're perfect when I'm in the mood for something crunchy. I mix them with the ShaSha Organic Sprouted Bio-Bud Lentils. I have these on Subscribe & Save.EDIT (2/21/2017): I found out from experience that these can break a tooth when eaten straight from the bag. After breaking one of my molars, I have stopped eating these straight from the bag. I still buy them, but I soak them an hour or two before eating them. After soaking they do need to be refrigerated.
