Great fashion illustrations and Italian fashion history. So colorful and beautifully done. This is one of my favorite Megan books.

I bought this as a gift for one of my friends that is obsessed with passion. She loved it! This is perfect for the person that loves Italian fashion.

As I’ve proclaimed in other Megan Hess book reviews, if you love fashion and believe fashion is art; you need to collect Ms Hess’ books! She does every illustration and every historical fashion house write up herself. This edition, “Iconic: The Masters of Italian Fashion” is perfection. The ten Italian designers and the fashion houses that she showcases here are Giorgio Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Missoni, Prada, Miu Miu, Gucci, Versace, Emilio Pucci and Valentino. You will wish you were walking the streets of Milan, Florence, Rome and Venice (again!).

Amazing artistic work is displayed all throughout this book.

Awesome backgrounds/scenery! Drawings of clothes are accurate and some are even better looking than in real life in my opinion
