Waste of money, these do not work at all. Not even in the slightest. Tried taking them for 3 months straight and not a single change occurred. They taste fine, but that’s the only good thing about them. It literally doesn’t do a single thing for your pH balances or intimate time. I’m very healthy in general, good diet, exercise frequently, hydrated so I know that’s not the issue—straight up waste of money.
