I have the Seagate SRD0NF2 model, and after having a bad thunderstorm that fried a bunch of electronics, I thought my harddrive was gone. Turns out these adapters have a surge protector inside of them - bought this one and my hard drive is up and running again - fits great!

Replacement backup power pack
My backup drive just stopped - so I got a new plug, but It's not the wired plug, it's these ill-conceived female ends they plug into. They become loose after so many times being plugged and unplugged. Yhe manufacturers or designers (whomever) seriously need to come up with a more solid plug foundation for these EXPENSIVE backup units that we put all our memories, work, and Life on to.
