Shade not as advertised (seller) and weird return policy (amazon)
I bought the "dark brown" version of this and I only have medium brown hair/eyebrows. But this ended up lightening it and making it red. My brows are in no way darker or even dark brown. This feels like false advertising, and although I have used the product and a lot of the single-use supplies Amazon is requiring that I take it all the way to UPS to return it, even though my return will just go in the trash because it can't be resold.

Easy to use and long lasting
Couldn’t be much easier to apply to brows and lashes. Unfortunately, when I used on my lashes, it made my eyes itch but was no problem on brows. The tint is long lasting and the color is perfect

Color is NOT the same as shown in pictures and on bottle
The color on the bottle and in pictures for the coffee shade was advertised to be darker, and it turned out to be a very light brown almost ginger color.On top of that I was missing the eye protectors and the bowl as well.

Does work but burns a bit more than just a tingle.
So this does work. I should have gotten black because I wanted them darker. I don’t recommend doing two rounds like I did because the second round burned upon application. I will probably use this again if it lasts 4-6 weeks like it said. Otherwise I’m going back to the Godefroy’s brow tint that I used before and that didn’t burn. Also turned my skin around my eyebrows red. I don’t recommend if you have sensitive skin.

Awful
10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Not only does this have a horrible smell but it burns my eyes so bad without even putting the product on the lashes. I used it for my brows and it did nothing after 15min. It will tint after a few min in the mixing cup but didn’t do anything to my skin or hair.

Does NOT work
This item should receive a 0 star. It not only does not work it made my eyebrows worse. It lightened them instead of adding color. I returned it and would not recommend it.

Check the color!
The color on the picture was not the color dye I needed for my brows. I had to go buy a men’s beard dye to fix my brows due to them making my brows looking like they were bleached
