DID NOT LAST
When first installed they were great super bright easy install but in the end I am greatly disappointed in life span. Description states 50,000 hours which is 5 years constant. Which I know not to expect 50k hrs. The bulbs did not even last 16 months with only night use.

Here is how I installed them. It was a bit tricky to install. Needs some HID instructions.
My other bulbs tent to burn out fast. When my second set of replacement burnt out, I thought I would try LED instead. To install these bulbs in my 2008 Toyota Prius Touring (HID system, not simply swap out the bulb), I had to bypass the ballast, drill a couple of holes in the back of the headlight casing, and connect them to the wires that normally go to the ballast. They did not send instructions to do this, but I saw that other brands of Led bulb did that. The bulbs make a humming sound that is clearly audible when the car is stopped. It sounds like a fan for each headlight, though it says there are no fans. I do not hear it when I go over 5 mph though.I could have used installation instructions for HID systems. I almost returned them because I wasn't sure how to install them. Oh, and it has to be connected to the right wires. I connected them the wrong way on the second headlight and had to swap wires at the connection.

Prob rating this too high, but I knew what I was getting
I got what I expected, with one caveat; the metal cap on the end of the light fell off. I'm not sure what this will mean in the future, but I went ahead and installed it anyway. There's a small circuit board dangling off the bulb, held in place by wires. It's currently in my Prius (I followed the other review here for installation) and is still working, but I'm worried it'll have issues in the future. Also I don't have brights. This is fine for me, since this LED is brighter than my brights were before the switch, but also worth mentioning.

good product
they could be brighter, but I could have spent more money. I like that they just come with pins, instead of the whole plug. I like that better. personal opinion. I haven't had any issues so far. I will update in a few months.

Perfect for '07 Prius HID conversion.
Easy conversion from HID to LED for an '07 Prius. Just cut the wires coming from the weather cap and crimp them to the matching wires from the LED. There is room inside of the light fixture to tuck all of the HID stuff out of the way. The entire job took about 90min (most of which was just getting the fixture out of the body).Noticeable improvement over the stock HID setup and the entire upgrade cost 1/5th the cost of replacing one HID bulb.
