Where have you been all these years??!! This is absolutely the best indoor stovetop grill. Easy to assemble and use. The meat came out tender, juicy and delicious! And I was able to control the temperature of the grill.

This is a great addition and comes with a free liners for the burner.

In a small kitchen, every gadget has to prove itself. I was leery of this grill pan but am delighted with the purchase. We've done chicken, burgers, steak and fish. Everything tastes great. The first time, it really is important to have sufficient liquid in the outer rim.I do find cleaning the underside of the grill almost impossible. Aside from the cleaning issue, no criticism. Good value.

Finally a product worthy of the reviews! It does exactly what it says it does however it’s smokey which is GREAT for flavor just add a lid and turn on the hood vent. Thin meat recommended.

1)-Use paper towels all around the liquid to soak out excess fat or oil. 2)- sprinkle baking soda and then white vinegar to let it fizz. Wipe and continue until grease comes off then wash some of the oil in the sink with Dawn or in the dishwasher with the Original Cascade dish soap.

I have a weber charcoal grill, weber gas grill, another small gas grill, 2 smokers and this. When its nasty outside or late at night, this puppy goes into action. Great for grilling up some smaller steak or checken pieces. Best to be used like a korean bbq. Small pieces of meat or veggies, but i have cooked enough chicken on it for 8 people (6oz portions). Easy to clean. I really love it!

Doesn't really seem that much better than just pan frying. And it's too large for my RV stove, it overlaps the other burners, if I accidentally push another pan back just a bit too much, this thing falls off the front of the stove. I plan to bend or cut the outer part so it doesn't take so much space, and maybe I'll try putting liquid smoke in the water that goes in the inner trough, but I wish I hadn't bought it in the first place.

This this is awesome for quick, good healthy meals. I work full time and go to school full time and have two kids and this thing has opened up so many more quick dinner options that aren’t ridiculously expensive. I highly recommend it.
