I purchased the Tudor Royal 30-piece Crimson Design tableware set not quite a year ago and they are by far my favorite set of dishes that I have ever owned. Not only are they beautiful but they are also of good quality. What I like most about the set is the size of the plates and the shape of the bowls (which are perfect salads, pasta and soup). So, I was heartbroken when I accidentally broke one of the bowls. I did not see an option to order a replacement on Amazon, so I emailed Tudor England directly to inquire about ordering a replacement. Within a day or so I received a reply that a replacement would not be a problem, they just needed my address for shipment. I was expecting to receive a quote once shipping fees were calculated but instead, I received package tracking information. My bowl was being replaced at no charge. Igor and Anton were very communicative on the progress of the shipment. The customer service and professionalism I received from this company is truly impressive! I would highly recommend their products to anyone.

I fell in love with the Tudor Royal Collection 24-Piece Premium Quality Porcelain Dinnerware Set online and decided to buy it. I purchased it in July and never regretted it. IT IS BEAUTIFUL.When it arrived 2 of the 8.1-inch salad plates were broken. I was devastated. I tried to find a way to contact Amazon to see if I can repurchase just the broken plates, but the navigation process was so difficult and I became despondent. I mentioned this in a conversation with a friend and she suggested to see if I could contact the company directly, which I did so 'in December'. I was extremely delighted to receive a response the next business day (I was like ahhh they are real people... gasps). Tudor-England proceeded to apologize (but I did not think at all it had to do with their packaging, the carrier clearly was careless, but maybe in the future the outside package can indicate 'breakable items, handle with care' or something to that effect) and offered to send me the replacements. I provided them the required snapshot of the broken pieces along with my order number and shipment address and they did not question further. A day after I was notified that my replacement plates had been shipped and just received them.Tudor-England was pleasantly efficient and timely in handling my issue. Their customer service was reassuring. I am very very ecstatic that now I have a full complete dinnerware set, in porcelain, from Tudor. My dining table is for 6, so this is the perfect decor. I will buy another set sometime next year after I prioritize my budget.Dawn Houston

The beautiful blue pattern is a classic design with strong English dinnerware esthetics yet they are also thick which makes them more durable then thin delicate ware. Another functional feature is the slightly raised rim on the plates. My husband loves to smother everything with gravy. The raised rim keeps the gravy from flowing over the edge and his peas from floating along with it.A very unique design I should also point out is the slightly "scalloped" edges to the bowls and plates. We find that little detail very pleasing to see.I must confess that we did have some trouble with some pieces arriving broken. However the seller was very apologetic and worked swiftly to replace the broken pieces. The picture above is one taken at a simple lunch.If you want an everyday use set of dishes that can also be used for a formal dining occasion I strongly urge you to purchase the Tudor Royal Collection!

These dishes are so gorgeous and large. They are lightweight to handle. The soup bowls are very spacious and great to use as are the dessert plates. They arrived well packaged and in great condition. I ordered three sets, and I love them all. I use them daily.

I haven't bought a set of everyday dishes since getting married. But it was time to switch things up. We decided to do a blue/white theme as I love the idea that I can have these as the base set and then buy vintage or new pieces that I can mix and match with this set.Pros:1. They are porcelain, so I am not worried about chips.2. Pattern is bright and clear blue and white. Beautiful and detailed.3. Plates are slightly curved at edges which is a real plus! Food does not get pushed off the sides.4. Nice size. These are a traditional plate size, so not oversized. So, you can put plenty of food on them and not visually feel that you are looking at an empty plate.5. Great feel to them. Smooth and sturdy.Cons1. I wish they had a larger pasta-size bowl available.2. I would like the mugs to be a little larger. Maybe a 15 ounce mug. This may just be a personal preference, because we all like a nice big cup of coffee or tea.Good Job Brittannia. I would highly recommend.

This set, (I bought two) are very nice. They’re hefty, the patterns are impeccable. I wish I could find the ones that had the English cottage scene. But these are reasonably priced. Good job Tudor, and this is from a Throckmorton. if you know you know..
