I was given this by a neighbor RN who is from Lithuania. I've been in a couple severe accidents that caused me to have rotary cuff surgery. I have never been sedentary and love sports, but the pain nailed me. I tried this product and I can tell you, it works immediately!I started looking for it online and wah-la!!!I will take a couple tylenol with in to begin, then just follow up with the gel!!!
