Very difficult to set up - poor design
This was replacement for a timer that stopped working. The previous one only been in service for just over a year so I hope this one is more reliable. I cannot recommend this timer. It is very difficult to set up. There is no copy function so each day has to be set up separately: so 7 times 6 settings for just the heating and then the same for water - it takes an age.

Flawed ,but still worth buying as is good value.
Good price , easy to install and works well .However poor display very difficult to see even when illuminated ,also could be easier to program. Inspite of these faults still decent value.

simple to use
I like this timer because, once set, it is very easy to use. Whilst it is possible to set complex patterns of on and off, for each day, it is also easy just to press the 'advance' button to set the heating on or off. Separate functions for heating and hot water can be set. Not all of the modern digital heating programmers are so easy to use as this one. It also looks quite nice
