Before receiving I got a strange “chinglish” email from the seller via Amazon telling me that many low reviews had been received and they wanted to know why. Upon receipt I found that FitBit Versa bands aren’t easy to change. In my opinion this is partly FitBit’s bad design and partly this seller’s less accurate width dimensions. Managed to get the white strap on and it’s good. But the black strap looks cheap, and like cut out of a rubber carpet tile. However the seller was very responsive and concerned about my criticism - they asked for a photo which I sent showing that FitBit made straps are bevelled near the watch to ease fit, whereas Hanslesi's weren't, and they refunded my purchase and said they wanted to improve the fit, so I was impressed and would trust their products in future as they stand by their customers criticisms.
